Privacy Policy for CadenceKeeper

Last Updated: 2025-06-10

Thank you for choosing CadenceKepper.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we do not collect and how we handle the limited data generated when you use our mobile application (the “Service”).

By using CadenceKepper, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described below. If you disagree, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

CadenceKepper operates entirely without gathering any personally identifiable information (PII). Specifically, we do not request, store, or transmit:

Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address

Authentication credentials (no account sign-up or login)

Payment data (the app is free and contains no in-app purchases at this time)

2. Workout Data Stored Locally

All workout details you enter—such as date, distance, and duration—are saved only on your device.

These records remain under your sole control; they are never uploaded to our servers or shared with third parties.

Deleting the app or clearing its data will permanently remove all stored workouts.

3. Non-Personal, Device-Level Diagnostics

CadenceKepper does not employ cloud analytics or advertising SDKs.
Occasionally, your mobile operating system may generate anonymous crash logs (e.g., “Android crash reports”). These logs:

Contain no personal identifiers.

Are processed by Google solely to help us fix bugs and improve stability.

Are never combined with any user identity by CadenceKepper.

4. Data Sharing

Because we do not collect personal data, we have nothing personal to share, sell, or rent.
Anonymous crash logs (described above) remain with the platform provider and are used only for debugging purposes.

5. Children’s Privacy

CadenceKepper is suitable for all ages and intentionally collects no personal data. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us inadvertently, please contact us so we can ensure it is removed.

6. Security

Even though no personal data leaves your device, we still:

Store workout data in the app’s private storage area, protected by your device’s security features.

Follow best-practice coding standards to minimize risk of unauthorized local access.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Changes will appear here, and the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
